Kunthukal Beach serves as the departure point for boats heading to Kurusadai Island. Adjacent to the beach, you'll find a fishing harbor and the Vivekananda Memorial. As of November 2023, the boating ticket price to Kurusadai Island is ₹300 per person.

Lovely spot. Serene environment. Ideal for meditation At the Vivekananda Mani Mandapam, the sound of Om reverberates. The nearby museum could use some maintenance. Parking available, town bus accessible.

Rameshwaram boasts the best beach ever. It feels like having your own private beach, offering a sense of freedom to enjoy. You can even play with ocean fish, which can be found along the shore. The water is fresh, and the waves are gentle. You can swim to your heart's content; it's entirely up to you.
