In the coming years, the north central region will boast the most stunning beach, complete with a vast and shallow sea. However, what sets this beach apart is the abundance of fresh seafood. Every morning, from 7 to 8:30, hundreds of fishing boats dock, offering visitors a wide selection of seafood. The most popular catches are crabs and mantis shrimp, which are sold in bundles at a very reasonable price. Mantis shrimp, in particular, is a must-try delicacy, priced at around 100-120k/kh. After purchasing their seafood, visitors can head to one of the many coastal restaurants to rent a steamer (50-70k for a batch of 5kg) and enjoy their meal while taking in the beautiful sea view. However, it's important to note that bargaining is a common practice in Vietnam, so be sure to negotiate the rental price, which includes seats, salt, chili sauce, and cleaning. While swimming in the sea may not be ideal due to the slightly cloudy water, Hai Tien beach is still a great place to relax and indulge in delicious seafood. We hope you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
