Beautiful

We visited the dog beach and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, there were too many overbearing dog owners, but that's not the beach's fault.

This beach is really lovely and situated in a peaceful spot. It's not overly packed, making it a great choice for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. The sand is white and it's a hidden gem for those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of busy beaches. You can park right by the sea for the entire day for only 5 euros.

The Hundestrand Heringsdorf Bansin is yet another overrated beach on the Usedom Island coastline of the Baltic Sea. Sure, it's dog-friendly, but that's hardly a redeeming quality when you consider the fact that there are only two dog beaches along a three to four mile stretch. If you're not up for a long walk, you'll have to settle for the other dog beach, which is a mile away on the far western end of Bansin. The Kaiserbäder is a group of three former spa resorts from the nineteenth century German Imperial family and court, and they're hardly worth your time. The towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck are all the same, with nothing to distinguish them from one another. The promenade along the beach front that connects the three communities is nothing special either. This beach spot is quite the charmer, with its attractive amenities and a plethora of souvenir stalls to peruse. The food options are varied and the view of the beach is simply stunning. The restaurants are decent enough, but don't expect any Michelin stars. It's definitely worth checking out, but don't get your hopes up too high.
