The ocean is pristine and ideal for a dip if the weather is calm. It can become quite busy on weekends and calm days, so it's advisable to arrive early if you wish to secure a lounger. The sun sets 30 minutes before dusk due to the mountains in the west. In general, a great spot to relax if you find yourself in Kissamos.

To put it simply, this beach is never too crowded and has a wide expanse of pebbles. The water is deep and a bit dirty, with high waves. Strangely enough, it also has the warmest water compared to other beaches I've visited on this island.
