Medialdea - all beaches

Playa America is a lengthy beach with tiny grains of sand and clear water, located in one of Spain's most stunning areas. Although it is worth a visit, it is not worth the hype.

We were delighted to find that the reviews we had read on Google were accurate. The beach was beautiful and the restaurant had an excellent atmosphere. The service and views were great, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and simply cooked. Prices were also very reasonable. It was quiet when we visited on Black Friday in November, but we'd recommend booking in advance for the summer months. Plus, the beach is easily accessible.

What a disappointment!

If you haven't discovered the spectacular beauty of Las Rías Baixas yet, what are you waiting for? It's my go-to beach and I'm sure you'll love it too!

This location is absolutely lovely! It's easy to access, making it even more convenient.

Baiona's beach is the most visible and central one. It's a favorite spot of locals and families with kids, since the water is shallow and secure. Unfortunately, it doesn't always have the Blue Flag status.
