Nokomis - all beaches

I really enjoy strolling along this beach in the morning or evening. It's a great spot to witness the stunning sunset. There's also a bistro nearby, although I didn't get a chance to try it. Convenient parking is available right next to the beach.

This particular beach isn't my top pick in the vicinity. The sand can be a bit prickly due to the numerous shells scattered about, making it a bit unpleasant to walk on. However, the upside is that parking is complimentary both here and across the street. Surprisingly, I was able to secure a spot on an incredibly crowded Saturday in March without any hassle across the street.

We stumbled upon this beach while in the vicinity and were delighted to have done so. The water was crystal clear and the waves were quite gentle. It wasn't too crowded, which was a plus, and the people were incredibly friendly. We even got to join another family in their search for shark teeth, using their equipment. I'd definitely recommend this beach if you're in the area.

Adding to the beach's charm is a delightful turtle sculpture that adds a touch of whimsy to the surroundings. Additionally, there are plenty of watering stations available for visitors to stay hydrated and refreshed.

What an incredibly relaxing and tranquil vacation! The staff was absolutely amazing, and the room was impeccably clean with all the necessary amenities. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We were so impressed that we've already made reservations for next year.

The beach is an amazing spot to spend your day, whether you prefer to relax on the sand, fish from the jetty, or rent kayaks and JetSkis. With ample parking and a playground for children, complete with pavilions and grills, this location has everything you need. Additionally, there is a snack stand and bathrooms available, and several restaurants are located nearby. Wildlife is abundant in the area, with turtles on land and dolphins in the gulf frequently spotted.
