Obersee Lake - all beaches

This is a charming spot, with an affordable price tag. While it may be showing its age and could benefit from some updates, it's a great choice for those who appreciate a more traditional feel. The pool is divided into sections for both swimmers and non-swimmers, and amenities like a buffet, changing rooms, and restrooms are available. Unfortunately, the children's pool was out of commission during our visit, but younger kids could still enjoy the larger pool (which has a shallow section with 60cm of water). We went on a hot Sunday and found that it wasn't too crowded. Keep in mind that parking can be scarce, so biking might be a better option.

The beach offers a stunning and lengthy sunset, providing several spots along the shoreline where couples can soak in the romantic ambiance. Whether lounging on a towel, picnic blanket, or chair, one can fully appreciate the tranquility and beauty of the sunset. Additionally, a cart is available for purchasing refreshing beverages like beer and Aperol. However, it is worth noting that mosquitoes are present, so it is advisable to bring insect repellent such as Autan.
