Located in El Salvador's La Paz department, San Marcelino beach is situated at kilometer 60 of the Costa del Sol tourist area. The beach boasts gray sand and a variety of dining options, including restaurants with tables overlooking the sea. Visitors can enjoy a range of fresh seafood dishes, such as seafood platters, fish stuffed with shrimp, and ceviches. A sudden surge in tourism in the early 90s has made San Marcelino beach a popular destination for both locals and foreigners, particularly during weekends and holidays.

6 Pleasant

I just swung by to grab a minuta and it was absolutely top-notch. However, the beach was quite packed and finding parking was a bit of a challenge unless you were dining at a nearby restaurant or staying at one of the ranchos.
