Marmaras beach II

I loved every part of this hotel. Room is great, bathroom is very spacious, spacious balcony too, view... never better! I didn't come here expecting luxury but it met all of my expectations. Everything was clean and tidy. Downsides: very poor wifi and shower heads could be changed or water pressure is poor.

I give this a 2/5. This is not a hotel, this is a below average studio. Hotel has a reception that works indefinitely, and staff who change towels and sheets every day. Despite the promise, towels and sheets were not changed on the half of our stay. I couldn't find anyone who works at the place, and the owner doesn't respond to my call and doesn't even bother to respond to my text. I only bumped into someone at the front desk once, and had to use google translate, due to their lack of English skills. The owner is very strict about his rules, but doesn't follow any rule that any other studio owner follows. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. However, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the wi-fi is great, which is why I give this studio 2 stars, but this town offers much better accommodation, which fits the price better.

Nice romantic and family place.Very clean and close to the beach.Good for couples and families with children. You can fall asleep with the sound of the waves and you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sea.Close to the supermarket, center of the place and playground.The only thing that I don't like is that room is a little bit small and poor Wi-Fi but that don't ruins the image of this beautiful place.Also Neos Marmaras is lovely town with nice beaches and taverns and a lot to do.We will definitely be here next year.

Twin bed room is cozy and has a balcony overlooking the sea. The guy that works at the reception is very nice and helpful if you need any information and suggestions. The room cleanliness is satisfactory except for a couple of dead mosquitos(that are generally problem here) that were hanging out on a tails in the bathroom... Nights are peace and quiet apart from the sound of the waves hitting the small beach. :) City center is within walking distance(less than 10 minutes) and Wi-Fi connection is very good.

Excellent placement of hotel, very close to the beach, great looking at the sea, silent through the night for peaceful sleeping, easy to reach from the main road, free parking, free wifi
