This beach is fantastic - it's peaceful, the water is crystal clear, and the sand is soft and sandy.

The ocean felt as calm and warm as a bathtub, with incredibly shallow depths. It's perfect for snorkeling and fishing, and there's also a fantastic restaurant called Platanos that serves delicious seafood.

The water is moderately warm and becomes shallow near the shore. There is a cozy little cantina that serves delicious barbecue. You can rent a comfortable lounge chair for just 5€, and they even offer a free soft drink or coffee.

Marmari is definitely not the best place for swimming. It gets extremely crowded and there's absolutely no parking available. Additionally, the beach is situated right next to the road.
