The beach is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, but accessing it via public transportation proved to be a challenge as we had to do a lot of walking. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find out that there was no lifeguard on duty and that the fortress located nearby was off-limits due to it being under army jurisdiction. Consequently, we opted to take a taxi and visit another beach located three kilometers away.

The beach is quite pleasant and I would suggest taking a stroll to Haifa. However, it could use some tidying up.

Atlit beach is known for being a prime kitesurfing location both in the summer and winter. Although the beach is lengthy and boasts clean sand, it is quite rugged and lacks showers or an accessible path. However, there is a spacious parking lot available, which ensures that even on busy days, finding a spot to park is never an issue.

If you're into serene beaches with pristine sand and minimal crowds, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Additionally, there's an untouched Crusaders' Cemetery nearby that you might miss if you're not familiar with the area.

This beach is a popular spot for various gatherings, including illegal yet enjoyable parties, families camping for the weekend, and groups of friends grilling and playing music. Even wedding parties can be found here. However, the downside of all this activity is that the beach tends to be a bit polluted.
