Sandy beach is a great spot for clam digging. Unfortunately, the beach is closed during the off-season which means the public restrooms are not available.

The Magompo Healing Campground is a great spot to relax and unwind. The facilities are top-notch, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff is very welcoming. Additionally, the beach boasts stunning golden sand, adding to the overall beauty of the location.

As the scorching summer comes to an end, I find it difficult to enjoy a beach without any shade that can provide some respite from the heat. Due to the pandemic, it has been a while since I last visited the East Sea side which was once off-limits. Being a beach enthusiast, I visited to check if the winds were strong enough to provide some relief. I am happy to say that I came away satisfied with the refreshing sea breeze.

My favorite place to visit is this beach, where I always feel a sense of healing. Compared to the crowded beaches of Mongsanpo and Cheongpodae, this beach is much more peaceful and serene. Additionally, there is a nearby E-mart convenience store that can be easily reached by car.
