The beach is lovely, with convenient parking nearby. However, it's advisable not to depend on finding a spot on a busy day. Fortunately, there's a tap available for washing off the sand from your feet.

Jaunkemeri Beach is situated in Jurmala, just 35 kilometers from Riga. This stunning beach is a part of the Kemeri National Park that stretches along the Gulf of Riga. The soft sandy beach is perfect for leisurely strolls or more challenging hikes. The trail between Jaunkemeri and Klapkalnciems is ideal for Nordic walking or hiking, with no insurmountable obstacles in the way. Depending on your time and availability, you can continue your journey towards Riga or Engure. Jaunkemeri Beach also boasts a playground and well-equipped free toilets. You can park your car for free just 300 meters away from the beach.
