The private condominium by the beach offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Although the beach may not be the most pristine, it still offers a pleasant environment for relaxation and sunbathing. Swimming may not be the best option due to the channel of Japuíba that flows into the bay, but this does not take away from the beauty of the surrounding scenery. The bay's closed nature means that the water may not be as fresh, but this does not detract from the overall charm of the area.
