The beach is privately owned and requires payment for entry. However, it is not ideal for families. Additionally, there is a parking issue.

The beach's location on the map is inaccurate; Istur Beach is actually located at the end of 27175th street, which is three blocks away. Unfortunately, it is not possible to access the sea from the location indicated on the map.

To begin with, I'd like to mention the locals residing in this area. They dispose of their waste directly into the sea using a white drain pipe. This pipe appears to glisten in the water. It extends approximately 46 to 50 meters, and its endpoint is a pale yellowish-brown color. It's evident that there is no water treatment process in place. How comfortable would you be with your children swimming in this location?
