If you're looking for a beach experience that's more crowded than a clown car and dirtier than a pigsty, look no further than the farol. You'll be tripping over mountains of glass bottles and dodging parked cars left and right. But fear not, dear traveler, because the Ponta is the shining star of this seaside show. Make sure to visit during low tide for the full effect.
The village exudes charm with its rustic houses and sandy streets, which are inaccessible to cars or motorcycles. Though the prices may be high, the experience is well worth the investment. Moreover, visitors need not choose between the river and the beach as both can be found in one location.
If you're ever in Caraiva, make sure to visit this amazing beach! It's hands down the most stunning beach I've ever visited. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. One of the unique features of this beach is the clay that you can apply on your skin for super hydration. At low tide, there are plenty of shaded areas to relax in and natural pools to swim in. Additionally, there's a beautiful lagoon to explore. To reach the beach, simply cross the river from Caraiva and take a short 3 km walk. Trust me, it's definitely worth it!
This beach is an absolute gem! The water is warm and crystal clear, making it perfect for swimming and other water activities. The access to the beach is easy and there are plenty of on-site services available to make your stay comfortable. Taking a walk along the beaches is a must-do, as it offers breathtaking views of the stunning corals. This is definitely a visit you won't want to miss and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach experience.
