We managed to secure a last-minute booking for a camper van spot. Unfortunately, our van encountered some issues, so we made the decision to stay overnight. The beach is situated right in front of the designated parking area for vans, although it lacks shade for scorching summer days. However, since our stay was only for one night, it worked out perfectly. The konoba and bar on-site are quite enjoyable. Additionally, the showers and toilets are exceptionally clean! Another great aspect is that dogs are allowed. Moreover, the price is reasonable. Furthermore, the city center is conveniently just a three-minute walk away!
The beach near Lukovo is located in a beautiful bay, but getting there can be challenging - it's best to wear hiking shoes. There are sea urchins in the bay, so it's a good idea to wear bathing shoes. Despite these obstacles, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.
The friendly staff at the beach prepared the bolognaise quickly and skillfully, resulting in a delicious meal.
