The pristine beauty of the beach is undeniable, however, it is not recommended for swimming due to the fierce waves that can be quite challenging to navigate.

If you're looking for a spot to drag your family to, then this beach in Barahona is definitely worth a visit. The scenery is breathtaking and the grub is scrumptious. The locals are a friendly bunch too. However, I'm not going to give it a perfect score because the lavatories could use a little extra attention. Plus, the tables are a tad too close for comfort, especially since COVID-19 is still out there lurking. But, if you can look past those minor grievances, then this is definitely a place you don't want to miss out on when you're in the Dominican Republic.
