We had an incredible experience at the beach in November - it was even warm enough to swim! The water was crystal clear and you could see the soft sandy bottom. It had a beautiful aquamarine hue and was so smooth and shallow. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon. We were able to sit on the beach for free and there was public access on the south side. We were able to walk up to the north end of the beach, where there were plenty of restaurants. We even went to a restaurant on the north side of the peninsula which was really nice. You can also get some great pictures from the nearby world heritage site ancient ruins.
This beach is a great spot for families, with its beautiful sandy shoreline and its close proximity to the lively restaurants and cafés along the corniche. It's free to enter, and you can even rent a table and dine for a low cost. However, it would be great if people could learn to clean up after themselves when they leave.
The pristine public beach boasts immaculate sandy shores and crystal-clear waters that are not too deep. During the summer season, a vigilant lifeguard is present to ensure the safety of swimmers. However, in the winter months, swimming is permitted but at the swimmer's own risk.
This family-friendly beach is the perfect spot for a summer swim. There are no distracting swimming pools or constructions, just the sun, sand, and sea. During the summer months, tables and chairs are available for rent, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day. While it may not have all the amenities of a resort, it's a great public beach option. The only downside is the poor road conditions leading to the beach, which can be a bit of a challenge. However, the beautiful estuary and surrounding trees make up for it. This natural oasis is a popular spot for swimming and strolling, but unfortunately, cars cannot access it. Overall, this beach is a wonderful option for a day of swimming and relaxation.
