Whiritoa Beach is a slice of heaven for residents, boasting a pristine Lagoon at the Northern tip of TOA. The Whiritoa Surf Life Saving Club is situated in the heart of the beach, with a blowhole at the Southern edge. Additionally, there is a charming local Shop/Cafe offering takeaways. I have been visiting this beach since childhood, and it remains my ultimate paradise destination. 🏖️😀

What a stunning beach! As someone who isn't very fit, the walk back up the hill required frequent breaks, but it was certainly doable. We walked down and back, and the descent was much easier. The entire trip took us about 1.5 hours, including a short rest at the beach. I wouldn't recommend swimming there due to the rough waves and strong current. Overall, the walk is absolutely worth it.
