This beach is relatively peaceful compared to the larger ones on the opposite side of the harbor. The southern view is quite pleasant, as the final hills of the Pyrenees slope down into the sea. However, it can be a bit breezy at times.
This beach is well-kept and spacious, with a convenient car park and easy access via the nearby cycle route. The surrounding area offers plenty of options for shopping, dining, and accommodations. The sand is a moderate texture and the gradual slope into the water makes it a great spot for families with young children.
When we got to the beach, the car park was deserted. Sadly, we couldn't park our campervan there due to the height restrictions. Although there's an Aire de camping car nearby, it's situated in a dusty car park by the main road and far from the town, so we wouldn't choose to stay there. Additionally, we found out that dogs are not allowed on the beaches.
