That place has great white sand and a very tranquil ocean, so if you're looking to surf, you won't find the best conditions here. The water is typically cold, just like most places in Galicia.
What a great spot! Leis beach is located at the foot of a campsite, with Muxía in the distance and facing west, so you can take in the beautiful sunsets. Plus, it's easily accessible, making it the perfect place to visit!
The beach was a great find! It had a sandy shoreline and a wooded area at the back, plus a river on one side. Unfortunately, the bar was closed when we visited in March on a Sunday, but I'm sure it would be bustling in the summertime. It's a beautiful beach, like all the ones on the Costa de Muerte, and never too crowded.
Really wide and peaceful, making it perfect for a stroll. It's easy to get to by car and you can walk the entire length of the beach. Be mindful of the cold water and strong winds that can make the waves unpredictable. All in all, it's a great place to enjoy.
