Latest reviews on O Couso's beaches

Coroso beach
8 Samuel

That place is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. With its sunny atmosphere and stunning rural location, it's the ideal place to spend a day.

Vilar beach
6 Elias Kallias

This place is enchanting. Despite the fact that the water is icy even in August, nothing beats a quick dip in the sea. It's a real thrill!

Castro beach
6 Danica

This spot is far from ideal. It is not as bustling as other nearby beaches, but that doesn't make it any better. Accessibility is not an issue, as there are wooden walkways and a small breakwater. However, the beach is not ideal for sunbathing in summer, nor is it ideal for walking in winter. It is a quiet beach, but that doesn't make it any more inviting. All in all, this beach is far from ideal and there are better options nearby.

Ladeira beach
8 Miguela Pérez

Stunning, with plenty of room to avoid feeling overcrowded during peak season. The sand is a dazzling white and the water is crystal clear. What's more, it's easily accessible, so you won't have to go out of your way to get there. It's important to check the Meteogalicia for the state of the sea, the wind strength and direction, as it's an open sea beach. The wind can be quite strong, so be sure to factor that in. For those not familiar with Galician weather, it's also worth checking the temperature of the water before you go.

Mosqueiros beach
8 Juan Pablo

Alright, with plenty of opportunities to get some good cheese. However, the sand can be a bit of a nuisance as there is quite a lot of it. Nonetheless, the pier is great for taking a plunge into the sea, and the beach is easily accessible.

Azor River beach
6 Valeria Chernenko

The beach is very peaceful and perfect for families. The water is clean and there are showers available. The access and promenade are great. The only downside is the sand, which is quite rough and can be uncomfortable to walk on. Other than that, everything else is excellent.
