This is a wonderful, inclusive beach (blue flag) in Fredericia, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It’s very accommodating for children and individuals with disabilities. The beach bar offers delicious ice cream, coffee, and beer, though prices are a bit high. There are lifeguards on duty, beach volleyball courts, and fitness training facilities. Showers and changing rooms are available free of charge. Parking is available by the beach for a fee (9-17), or you can park on the street for free and take the stairs down. An evening stroll along the beach is perfect, especially with a walk on the circular bridge, which is a favorite among kids and offers a fantastic view of the area. There are bonfire spots along the beach and a unique art piece trail into the water for the visually impaired.
Pleasant beach, though there are quite a few stones along the water's edge. Additionally, there are many lifeguards and firefighters present during this season. The beach is more ideal for sunbathing than swimming.
