You won't find a more stunning location in the Aegean Sea than this beach. The beachfront area is typically frequented by summer residents, and we kindly request that the owners of the establishment enhance the music quality and offer top-notch service with a friendly staff. It is undoubtedly the most captivating entertainment spot in the area, and it could become even more enchanting by occasionally hosting talented artists.
This place is absolutely fantastic! It's not overcrowded, and you can truly feel the essence of the Black Sea.
The distance from Bolu center to the beach is nearly 170km. The road leading to the beach is in good condition until you enter Kandıra and pass through the small villages along the way. However, at that point, the roads become narrow, poorly paved, and filled with numerous twists and turns. The villages in the area are mostly small and lack nearby services. It is advisable to gather your essentials from your home area and ensure you have enough petrol, as there are no petrol stations within the last 10-15km before reaching the beach. As for the beach itself, it falls somewhere between being large and small. Many people choose to camp on this beach, and it offers basic amenities such as paid restrooms and showers. However, the quality of these facilities is not particularly good. During our visit on June 29th, 2023, the shower cost 5TL. On a positive note, the beach has soft sand. In terms of cleanliness, the beach is satisfactory. It is possible to find a clean area to sit down, although the water could be cleaner, especially closer to the shore. The advantage is that you can walk approximately 2 meters inside the water to avoid some of the debris that accumulates near the beach. A helpful tip is to bring your own beach umbrella.
