The purpose of their visit to Sergeevka was not to lounge on the beach, but rather to admire the bridge that spans the estuary leading to the sea. The main pathway is adorned with beautiful rose bushes and the area is well-maintained. They crossed the bridge to reach the sea and opted to return via a boat that ferries passengers back and forth for a nominal fee of 10 UAH. While there are cafes along the main pathway, there are no public restrooms available. However, they were able to use the restroom at one of the cafes upon request.
