This beach is stunning and can get quite crowded during peak times due to its large camping area, Bowls Club, and Surf Club. The long stretch of beach offers relatively safe swimming when the tide is coming in, with shallow wading water near the Surf Club side. The view of the mountains from the water is breathtaking, and there is also a great hillside view from the top of the beach.
This beach is a nice little spot located next to Main Beach. It's a quiet place to stop by on a Sunday, with a decent amount of parking available. Please note that dogs are not allowed on this section of the beach and swimming is not recommended. However, I did observe people surfing here.
South Valla Beach is a stunning coastal paradise that has captivated me and left me eager to share my experience with a solid 5/5 rating. The highlight of my visit was an unexpected encounter with dolphins right from the shore, a magical moment that added an unforgettable touch to the overall experience. The beach's crystal-clear waters add to its undeniable charm. The gentle, azure waves lapping against the shore create a mesmerizing and welcoming atmosphere. It's a peaceful haven that showcases the beauty of nature, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. One of the standout features of South Valla Beach is its dog-friendly environment. Being able to enjoy the coastal bliss with furry companions brings a unique joy to the visit. The expansive shoreline provides plenty of space for dogs to run and play, making it a fantastic destination for pet owners looking for a beach experience for the whole family. In addition to the joy of seeing dolphins and the pet-friendly atmosphere, the beach offers a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. Whether it's a leisurely walk along the shore, building sandcastles with family, or simply listening to the sound of the waves, South Valla Beach offers a peaceful retreat for all types of beachgoers.
