Name: We stayed near the sea and had a great time with the electric boats and stand-up paddling. The area is lovely, extremely clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Unlike most other places, there is no entrance fee, and there are numerous water activities to choose from. The prices are reasonable, and the location is easy to locate.

Millstatter Strandbad

This beach has all the amenities for a great day by the water. There are slides, springboards at different heights, and you can even rent a parasol. There's a kiosk for food and snacks, as well as a volleyball court. The only downside is that it gets really crowded, with the grass area completely full and no more parasols available for rent.

Parkbad Dobriach

This lakeside venue on Lake Millstatersee in Austria is excellent. It offers a variety of water sports facilities and has a cafe serving Italian and Austrian food. There is plenty of natural shade from trees in the open grassed areas, making it a great spot for families with children. The village of Dobriach is just 2 km away and has good restaurants, hotels, and bars. In the winter, skiing slopes are only 12 minutes away by car in Badkleinkirchheim.
