The beach is perfect for families with children, as it boasts a sandy shoreline and shallow water that's great for ball games like "picigin" and the like. However, it may not appeal to everyone, particularly older individuals who may prefer a different kind of beach.

Lumbarda beach is an excellent spot for families with young children. The water is shallow and the sand is clean, which makes it perfect for jumping, swimming, and playing. You'll also find two great restaurants on the beach. However, there is no playground for kids. Just keep in mind that parking is limited and costs 20K per day. Overall, the water is fantastic and your kids will have a blast!

The round-trip bus ride from Korcula bus station costs 25 Kuna. Make sure to check the timetable for the return trip at the bus station office. The beach is quite picturesque and offers a few bars and restaurants. It's definitely worth a visit.

There are two beaches available at this location. The first one, called Pržine, lives up to its name with its sandy beach. There is one bar on the beach, and rental parasols and deck chairs are available. The other beach has even fewer amenities, with only a caffe-bar (although they do serve more than just coffee). However, it does offer a machine to assist disabled individuals in getting into the sea and very shallow water for the first 50 meters from the coast, perfect for beach games.
