The breakfast area also features a breathtaking sea view, enhancing the overall experience. The staff is courteous and accommodating, ensuring you feel at home during your stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

Overall, this is a pleasant place with a friendly owner and reasonable prices, plus a great breakfast included. Although it's somewhat remote, it's convenient if you're traveling to the east corner of the island. The rooms are a bit dated, but the AC and hot water work well, so there's really nothing to complain about.

The rooms are quite dated and worn, so I wouldn't highly recommend them. However, the location is fantastic. The restaurant is perched on the cliffs by the sea, offering a stunning view 😊. The food is decent but not extraordinary. The owner is very friendly and always willing to assist. There are some lovely beaches nearby, and I particularly recommend the turtle beach, which is just a five-minute walk away!

Fantastic host, excellent food, and a superb location! Don't miss out!! We only spent one night at the Theresa Hotel, but we wished we could have stayed longer. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Erdogan, the hotel's owner and host, who let us choose our room before inviting us to a delightful lunch at his restaurant with a stunning beach view. He then provided us with a wonderful itinerary for our afternoon on the Peninsula. Erdogan shared many captivating stories and took the time to thoroughly explain the intricate history of Northern Cyprus - truly an incredible man! We later returned for a delicious dinner and drinks while watching the sunset, all at very reasonable prices given the remote location. The next morning, we enjoyed our included breakfast (complete with a 'Cyprus coffee') before the great man offered us more recommendations for our onward journey. 10/10 would stay again - thank you for your hospitality, sir. It was a pleasure to experience the exceptional hospitality at Theresa Hotel & Restaurant Cyprus; we truly enjoyed our stay! This is a fantastic place to visit if you're heading to the Karpaz golden beaches and nature, or even on your way back. The hotel owner, Erdogan Bey, provided outstanding hospitality to our group—two families, each with two kids. He is incredibly well-organized in how he welcomes his guests and manages the hotel and restaurant staff. Erdogan Bey is also a fascinating person who kindly shared with us the story of how he founded this place in 1990 and how the hotel's private beach was created through human ingenuity and the forces of nature. It's evident that this hotel and restaurant were established in a beautiful location with love, care, and excellent organization. It's definitely worth visiting at least twice, as we did!
