One of the waitresses displayed a clear arrogance and was extremely unfriendly, particularly if you were not French. When we inquired about an English version of the menu, as it was only written on a chalkboard, it seemed as if we had offended the waitress. She responded with a rude tone, simply saying No, and promptly left without offering any further assistance. I have dined at many restaurants without translated menus, and that is perfectly fine with me. I don't mind the menu, and in the worst case, I can use my phone to translate. I can even tolerate subpar service, as we often had to wait while the waitress engaged in conversation with another waitress right in front of us. However, being treated with such disrespect was completely unacceptable.
Therefore, I would give this place two stars. The food was good, and the view was pleasant. I didn't mind the live music, even though it was a bit louder than expected. (We arrived late, so that's our fault, as there is typically live music.)
