I went to the beach in the evening to catch the sunset. There didn't seem to be any amenities available along the beach. It was pretty empty and not too crowded, with a large and steep path leading down to the ocean. The size of the sand grains was just right - not too small that it got sticky, and not too big that it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot. This beach had the best texture I've experienced so far.

The beach is quite lovely, spacious and typically uncrowded, conveniently connected to the city and boasting stunning waters. It's also one of the rare beaches where the ocean is deep enough from the get-go. However, the only downside is that cleanliness could be improved.
