This beach holds a special place in our hearts as it was a favorite spot during our childhood and adolescent years. It has a wild and enchanting quality that remains magnificent despite the changes brought on by winter storms. Although the water is not typically warm, it is consistently clear, transparent, and refreshing. It's perfect for young children to play in during low tide, but it's important to exercise caution when the tide is high.

The beach is quite spacious and offers supervised swimming during the months of July and August. There are also bays that are perfect for bodyboarding and surfing. Despite its size, the beach never gets too crowded. Before high tide, there are small ponds that children can enjoy. Depending on the year, the beach may be completely sandy or have pebble banks.
