Lovely beach which is accessible via a 40 min hike from the nearest parking lot along the coast. We however chose to park our car alongside the road towards this parking lot because it was too bumpy for our car and walked the last part. I would advice you to go in the morning and leave after hottest hours have past. Bring lots water, food and something for shade because there's nothing there. Worth the trouble though 😉

Lovely spot, crystalline water, needs anywhere between 45 mins to 1 hour walk to reach there from the last parking overseeing the Fornali beach 🏖️

After a nice walk along the customs officers' path, taking a break at fumé bughju is a real pleasure. Here are the photos of the walk that leads there. Regular meetings with our famous free-range cows. Be careful, avoid approaching

We were looking for a beach sheltered from the strong south-westerly gusts of these first days of August. I thought that this little beach, found on the map, could be right for us. Not very easy to reach (about 40 minutes of walking after parking the car), but the view upon arrival was priceless. Completely deserted beach in very high season. Sure, the strong wind could be felt, but at least there were no waves that made swimming impracticable. Worth a stop.
