Shekvetili is a great beach for all ages. The unique feature of this beach is its black magnetic sand. The water is shallow, only about 1 to 1.5 meters deep, making it perfect for families with children. Speaking of children, they will love playing in the sand. Keep in mind that during the summer months, it's best to visit the beach early in the morning and leave by 1pm due to the strong sun. Enjoy your time at Shekvetili!

I have never encountered a place so unclean and littered. The beach is marred by parked vehicles, discarded plastic bottles, and cigarette butts scattered about. While Georgia is undoubtedly stunning, I suggest exploring other areas in Batumi instead of this particular stretch of sand. Opt for a rocky beach instead, as it is sure to be cleaner and more enjoyable.
