Pinta Beach

Lovely beach near Frankfurt. Two downsides would be the noise from the planes and the slightly elevated cost.

It truly evokes a sense of vacation, but it comes at a cost. The higher the price you pay, the better the seating arrangements you can enjoy. We opted for the daybed at a rate of 76€ for the entire day, and it was truly delightful. However, our experience was slightly marred when a large family of 10 individuals arrived around 4pm. As there is no monitoring of reserved spaces, newcomers in the afternoon tend to occupy empty spots that were previously reserved by those who had already left. While I have no issue with taking advantage of such opportunities, these particular individuals were noisy, unpleasant, and discourteous. My only request is that if you manage to secure the best seats in the establishment for a mere 6€, please do not spoil the experience for others who are seeking to relax and enjoy themselves. Overall, this venue is pleasant yet pricey. While you are allowed to bring food, it must be items that will not damage the seating, such as sandwiches. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted. At the daybeds, you have the option to place orders online, eliminating the need to get up. One minor inconvenience was the noise from passing airplanes, as the venue is located in their flight path. This results in frequent and close encounters with aircraft noise.

In July 2023, I visited Pinta Beach in Raunheim with my two-year-old son. The parking area was generously sized, the employees were exceptionally welcoming, and the location was impeccably maintained. There were numerous enjoyable activities available for both children and adults. Additionally, there was a wide variety of food and beverage choices. In general, one could easily pass an entire day at this location. It is also worth noting that they are open on Sundays as well. My visit was truly fantastic.

Certainly not an inexpensive destination, but you truly get what you pay for! The establishment is efficiently run, with impeccably maintained amenities including shower rooms, lockers, changing rooms, and toilets. The family area is distinct from the more exclusive adult sections. The beach boasts very fine sand and crystal-clear swimming water, with stand-up paddleboarding available for 40€ per hour for two people. Ample parking is available for a fee of 5€. Security guards and an ambulance are on-site for added safety. The only downside is the noise from passing planes overhead.

Extremely well-coordinated, immaculate, abundant in things to do! The most affordable adult admission begins at €6, public transportation is highly convenient, and biking from Frankfurt is approximately 20km. I wholeheartedly suggest it for an enjoyable day trip!
