I'm not pleased with my experience at the beach or the shop. The ocean resembles a swamp, and there is a significant amount of litter around. Additionally, the shop is quite pricey. I don't anticipate returning anytime soon. On the bright side, I did enjoy the beautiful sunset.

As you enter the beach of Drepanos in Nafplion, you'll first encounter pebbles, which then give way to soft sand. The water here is clean, although it can become cloudy and develop algae when it's windy. The beach tends to have a moderate number of visitors and is organized in certain areas, with bars and sunbeds available. There is an admission fee of around 8 euros, but this can be offset by a minimum spend at the shop. Sundays tend to be quite crowded, so it's advisable to arrive in the morning hours. During this time, the sea is calm and clear, and a refreshing breeze usually picks up in the afternoon.

The beach is nice and has both seashells on the shore and in the water. It's peaceful enough to bring your own umbrella and set it up. The food at the beach bars can be a little expensive, but it tastes good. However, you have the option to bring your own food and set up your umbrella further down the beach. The beach and the water are generally clean, although it can get quite windy at times. Lastly, the size of the waves depends on which side you choose to swim, but in my opinion, the side near the lighthouse is better.
