This beach is perfect for families with kids. The sand isn't super soft, but there are small rocks. The entrance is shallow and there are rocks, but after 1-2 meters you'll find fine sand. The water is crystal clear. There are two bars on the beach, but I wouldn't recommend the Parasol beach bar if you're looking to eat. I don't know anything about the other bar since it was always full and we didn't stay. Be aware that you need to take the road from Ierissos (after Lidl) as any other road that leads to the beach is not paved, unless you have a jeep/SUV. Google will suggest the off-road/unpaved route. If you look at the map, you'll see the road from Ierissos with a big white line. Enjoy!

The beach is perfect for kids, with its sandy and shallow waters. However, be careful when taking the south road to the east, as you may get stuck in the sand.

Kantina on the beach is amazing! I had the most delicious kebab sandwich ever. The staff were so friendly and welcoming...The ocean was crystal clear and the view from the mountain was unforgettable.

I have a strong emotional connection to this beach, as I practically grew up here since I was one year old. When I was a child, there were only a few families living here. Now, there are a few more houses, but it's still not a large area. The beach is as beautiful and crystal clear as ever, and it's not easy to find if you don't know the area. Surprisingly, there is now a beach bar, whereas before there was only a small tavern. I hope that everyone who visits this beach will create wonderful memories, just like I did.

Just 5km from Ierissos, a quick turn from the eastern to the western side of Athos, lies a sandy beach with a small cantina nestled in the shade of pine trees. It's the perfect spot for an afternoon of relaxation.
