This beach is located right next to an interesting port. However, the port itself is quite confusing, making it difficult to determine what activities you should engage in. Your best option is to head straight to the ticketing office and inquire there. Unfortunately, there isn't always someone present at the office, so it's advisable to call the port authority beforehand. However, they often don't answer the phone, and when they do, it's usually an automated message in Greek that only provides departure times. Additionally, on windy days, they have a rather peculiar system where you have to wait for approval for each route. Even though these routes are almost always approved for travel over short distances, you can't purchase a ticket until this approval is granted. Consequently, many people constantly visit the ticket office to inquire about the arrival of approval. This poses a significant issue, as the only alternative is a lengthy 2.5-hour drive around the area by land.

The village is peaceful, with a ferry boat and terraces lining the coastline. The food is delightful.

The car ferry from Evia to mainland Greece is fantastic. Make sure to check its schedule as it may not operate during bad weather conditions. The ferry offers good amenities such as restrooms, a cafeteria, and seating on board. The scenery during the approximately 45-minute journey is breathtaking. It's usually very punctual, so be sure not to arrive late!

The beach is absolutely stunning and charming. The journey to Ag Marina is truly unforgettable. I have a question for anyone who might know: as we sail, we pass by a deserted island with a solitary house on it. The house is quite sturdy, but there doesn't seem to be a dock for boats or any electricity. Does anyone have any information about it?

The beach tends to get quite busy during the summer months, with a significant amount of traffic. However, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops available to enjoy while waiting for the ferry.
