During our holiday, my group of five visited Bagni Lido for a meal. The restaurant offered a stunning view of the water, and the menu had a great selection at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, particularly from our server. Although we understood that summer is a busy time for restaurants, the way we were treated was unacceptable. Our friend ordered a vegetarian pasta but was served a seafood dish instead. When we pointed out the error, the server reacted aggressively and yelled at her in Italian. They eventually corrected the mistake, but the experience was still unpleasant. When it came time to pay, we asked to split the bill, which our server was reluctant to do. Another server stepped in and helped us, but our original server complained and sighed loudly. When we finished paying, he threw his towel in the air and dramatically shouted Scandalo. This behavior was unprofessional and ruined the experience for us. Despite the great food and setting, the poor service made it difficult to recommend this restaurant.

The beach has a delightful ambiance and is well-maintained. You can choose to relax on your towel at either end of the beach. However, the majority of the shoreline is taken up by private businesses offering deck chairs and umbrellas for a fee of €20 per person.
