The beach establishment is situated in between two stunning free beaches, each with two coves that are protected by rocks, providing a safe swimming experience for families with children. The services offered are extensive, including rescue services during the usual hours, two bathrooms (plus one for the disabled), a hot shower and four cold showers, all available for a fee. There is also a small but well-stocked bar for lunch, a changing room, outdoor tables, a gazebo with tables, a first aid kit, and an equipped area for children.
However, there are some negative aspects to consider. Firstly, the number of bathrooms is insufficient for the number of umbrellas they manage. Also, there is only one tiny sink without soap, and the water pressure is low. Occasionally, some of the staff members lack courtesy, which can be disappointing.
Parking is paid for with blue stripes, and latecomers may find it challenging to find a spot. During the high season, the beach can become overcrowded, which can be uncomfortable.
It is worth noting that the establishment adds an extra service or space for the public each year, and in 2020, they added an additional €1 charge for everything due to Covid-19. The price for a sunbed and umbrella is now €6 each.
During my last visit, I booked one umbrella and two sunbeds, but the lady did not inform me that the place was only available on the free beach. When I pointed this out, she apologized but said that it would be occupied by someone else later. This was quite rude and unprofessional, and it made me question whether I would return.
In response to my detailed review, the establishment's reply was simply, So what? This lack of concern for customer feedback is disappointing and suggests that they do not value their customers' opinions.
