The beach at Nicotera Marina is stunning, with its well-maintained lido and golden sand. It's the perfect spot for both fun and healthy relaxation. The location is fantastic and has been a popular holiday destination for over a century. Additionally, the beach is known for its excellent Mediterranean cuisine, and it's where the famous Mediterranean diet was born, studied by the renowned American researcher Ancel Keys in the fifties.

The Super Lido beach, located at the end of the road just outside Nicotera Marina and right before the 'Pineta', boasts beautiful golden sand. I highly recommend this beach for its stunning scenery and relaxing atmosphere.
