The beach is absolutely stunning with crystal-clear waters that seem almost surreal. The beauty of this place is so captivating that it almost feels like a dream. The sea is so pristine and serene, it's hard to believe it's real. This is truly a magical destination that will leave you in awe.

We took a boat trip to the stunning Purple Coast with the help of the Pink Tour Calabria company. The prices were reasonable and we had a great time. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The tour also included two stops at beautiful beaches that can only be accessed by boat, with crystal clear waters. We give it five stars!

Mr. Enzo offers a highly recommended service to reach Cala, which is only accessible by sea from the small port of Bagnara. On calm days, the beach is a paradise for those seeking tranquility and diving enthusiasts. However, the place is often left to the mercy of tourists who do not always show respect and care for its rare and wild beauty. Unfortunately, heaps of garbage of all kinds, including diapers, are often left behind by bathers who arrive with various types of boats, making the stay on the beach unpleasantly surrounded by dirt. At times, the sea in front of the beach can become dirty due to storms. Visitors on jet skis are also a problem, as they often come too close to the shore, polluting and being disrespectful in general. However, there were a couple of tourists who dedicated their time to collect a huge bag of waste on Friday, August 16th, 2019, and gave it to Bagnara. Places like Cala deserve much more attention from local institutions.
