During our stay at this resort in the last week of August, we found the location to be one of its strong points. It is beautifully surrounded by greenery and offers a crystal-clear sea. The entertainment, led by Leo Derienzo and assisted by Manuel and Adrian, was also commendable. However, there are areas that could be improved upon. The rooms are quite outdated and the cuisine, although varied, is poorly organized. There is little consideration for intolerances or allergies, and it can be quite challenging to find suitable options as the staff serving the meals are often unaware of the ingredients used. It would be helpful if the app dedicated to the restaurant included information about allergens and if some vegan dessert options were provided. On a positive note, the cold dishes and cured meats were good, but there is still room for improvement overall.

We had an amazing week, and we would like to express our gratitude to the kitchen staff, especially Mr. Mario, who always made sure our son's requests were fulfilled. We also want to thank the entire animation team, the photographers who captured our most cherished and thrilling moments, the bar staff, and the cleaning ladies. We do have one suggestion to make regarding the pool service: it would be great if hygiene standards could be improved by requiring everyone to wear headphones. Thank you all so much, with love.

The beach is absolutely stunning. We will definitely be returning in the coming years with joy.

Our expectations for this trip were not met. The reception staff provided assistance with grace, although at times their help was lacking. There was mold on the bathroom wall. As for the food, breakfasts were repetitive and all lunch and dinner meals were served cold. The bar service prioritized taking orders from Italians, which often made us, as Polish guests, feel unwelcome. The only positives were the exceptional waiter, Omar, who went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, and the beach bar bartender, who always greeted us with a smile.

In general, it's not a bad place. The catering is good with a plentiful buffet. The rooms are nice and clean. The entertainment is lively and enjoyable. The sea is incredibly beautiful, but unfortunately, it can only be accessed by a long and exhausting staircase or by using the shuttle service, which often involves waiting times. If you plan on exploring the surrounding area, this is not the right location for you. There are only fields and wind turbines nearby. The swimming pool is stunning, but here's a suggestion for the management: Let's add a few more umbrellas! There are plenty of sunbeds, but only four umbrellas. In the morning, you have to compete to find some shade. Overall, it's a pleasant and relaxing vacation, but I wouldn't return, especially due to the location in Calabria.
