Cavallino beach II

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this beach. It was an unexpected detour from the mountains, and even though the reservation only allowed for a two-night stay, we were able to make the most of it. The beach itself was stunning, complete with complimentary umbrellas and sunbeds. Additionally, there was a fantastic aquapark with water slides and hot tubs, all free of charge. The toilets and showers were kept clean, and there was always hot water available. The prices for all these amenities were very reasonable, especially considering it was September 2023. There were also various entertainment options and activities available until 11:00 PM, which was not an issue for us. If you prefer a quieter spot, it is possible to choose a pitch further away from the central square and showers. During the night, it was wonderfully peaceful, and even between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, designated as quiet hours, the tranquility was maintained.

This was the worst experience I've ever had! Only go there if you want to ruin your vacation! - The staff was incredibly rude to kids and extremely unfriendly. - We paid 200 Euros every day for loungers on the beach, but it turned out that people were using them for free and most of the time ours was already occupied, so we had to ask people to leave. - During check out, we had to wait for a housekeeper to come and check the room. They meticulously examined every single item. We were even asked to empty all the garbage bins and pick up every tissue left by the kids. And on top of that, we had to pay extra for cleaning, which was already included in the original payment. - The housekeeper lost our keys and we were blamed for losing them. - The manager is a complete joke. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. - And all of this terrible service came with the most expensive beach house. What can I say? I will never ever go back.

The resort is just okay, but it's really terrible when it comes to mosquitos. The restaurant even provides mosquito wipes, which says a lot. I would rate it three stars at best. The staff isn't very helpful or friendly, and they don't seem to know much about the facilities on site. There aren't enough sunbeds around the pool and beach, and the swimming pools close from 1-3 every day. It's one of those things about Italy that you have to reserve beach beds (which are often unavailable) and pay for them on the private beach. The football pitch is small and in poor condition. There are much better parks in France...

The animation was extremely loud and went on late into the night. It seemed like the noise carried from all directions, making it challenging to get children to sleep. This happened every single day and didn't stop until 11 pm! Apart from that, everything else was fantastic. The beach was clean and beautiful, with plenty of shaded areas. The amenities were also nice, although most of them required an additional fee, except for the swimming pools.

The beach is a fantastic destination for a family vacation. The staff is incredibly friendly, the surroundings are clean and stunning, and the restaurant serves delicious food. What more could you ask for when you're by the sea? Oh, and let's not forget about the swimming pools - our kids absolutely love them and we can't seem to get them out of there!
