It is highly recommended to wear sturdy shoes and have some endurance when visiting this beach. The inclines can be challenging, and there may be loose stones along the way, but it is not overly hazardous or difficult if you have experience with hiking. The beach itself is small and covered in pebbles, making it suitable for a refreshing swim, but not necessarily worth the strenuous trek. Water shoes may come in handy. Shade is scarce until the evening, and the only available seating is in the form of sizable rocks. If you are in dire need of a swim, this beach will suffice, but there are more convenient and superior options to explore on Lipari.

2 Very poor

The trail that leads to the shoreline poses a significant risk due to its steep and slippery terrain, which ultimately leads to a precipice. Additionally, a portion of the wall along the path has crumbled, causing pedestrians to scramble on their hands and knees. The perilous conditions were too great, and we chose to retreat despite our sturdy hiking footwear.

Although the path to reach the beach may be challenging, the rewards of the stunning sea view are well worth it. Once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere without any disturbance from noisy children.

The trail to the beach is navigable, yet it could benefit from some upkeep. Along the way, there is a petite lookout spot that provides a glimpse of the nearby volcano island. However, if you choose the alternate route towards Punto Panorama beyond the observatory, it proves to be a much more rewarding experience.

Although the descent to the beach may be strenuous, the reward is certainly worth the effort. This secluded spot is not frequented by tourist boats, allowing for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The crystal-clear waters make it an ideal location for snorkelling enthusiasts to explore the underwater world.
