The local beach is a hidden gem in Salento, offering crystal-clear turquoise waters that are truly breathtaking. To access the beach, simply park at the Prickly Pear for a small fee of €3 per day and take a short 5-minute hike down to the bay (be sure to wear comfortable trainers). Once you arrive, find a comfortable spot on one of the many rocks and settle in for a day of relaxation. Don't forget your rock shoes if you plan on entering the water, as the rocks can be quite slippery. While the overcast skies and thunderstorms may not have lent themselves to great photo opportunities, the natural beauty of the beach more than makes up for it. Come experience the magic of this wild and untouched Salento beach for yourself.

This place is truly a paradise for those seeking peace and serenity. The crystal-clear waters are pristine and inviting, beckoning you to take a dip and wash away your worries. The path leading to the beach may be a bit rocky, but with a pair of sturdy tennis shoes, you'll have no trouble navigating it safely. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view that will leave you speechless. This is the perfect spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature.

This beach is an absolute gem that should not be missed. However, it may not be ideal for families with young children or those with limited mobility due to the steep and rocky road leading to it. It's recommended to wear proper footwear, although flip-flops are doable. Once you arrive at the bay, rock shoes are a must as the ground is quite rocky. While sunbathing may not be the most comfortable, the crystal-clear water and perfect temperature make up for it. The seabed is teeming with small fish, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling. Don't forget to bring a mask to get a closer look at the underwater world!

Nestled within the Porto Selvaggio Natural Park lies a charming little cove that is often overlooked by the tourist crowd. Despite its hidden location, this beach boasts an equally stunning beauty and can be easily accessed by a short and scenic walk along the coastline. The picturesque landscape of the coast will undoubtedly take your breath away, and the crystal clear waters are simply mesmerizing. For those who wish to explore the rocky shores and take a dip in the refreshing sea, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes that can handle the descent and the swim.
