2 Very poor

The beach visit was a letdown as we embarked on a 40-minute stroll from Otranto Porto only to be informed that the sole access to the tourist town required a 10€ fee per person. If you do decide to venture, make sure to pack some slippers to navigate the slippery stairs. Additionally, exercise caution when entering the ocean as a metal structure is present in the water. In my opinion, I would not suggest visiting this location.

4 Frustrating

The beach is truly a breathtaking sight, however, accessing it proved to be quite a challenge as the steep fee of 15 euros per person was not something we were willing to pay. Nonetheless, we embarked on a short walk beyond the camping site and were rewarded with a glimpse of a magnificent cave! Despite the allure of the beach, I cannot in good conscience recommend it due to the blatant commercialization of the natural surroundings. It is truly disheartening.

Although the path leading to the beach is partially disconnected and potentially hazardous, the journey itself is breathtakingly picturesque. Regrettably, upon arrival, we found that the beach had been closed off, which was a major disappointment. In addition, the conditions were far from ideal. Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that the trail will be improved and the beach will be reopened, as the scenery is truly stunning. On the other hand, if you happen to have access to a boat, all of your worries will dissipate, and you will be granted access to a stunning, secluded beach.

The beach is truly a magnificent sight to behold, however, there is a price to pay for its beauty. A fee of 15 euros is required to be given to the adjacent camping resort that must be traversed in order to reach the beach.
