4 Frustrating

Despite the abundance of stunning beaches in Cala Gonone, this particular one left much to be desired. The location we explored, situated near the docks, was a major letdown. The water was murky and uninviting, littered with debris and algae. I couldn't bear to stay in the water for long and quickly retreated to the shore. The only redeeming quality was the soft sand, which made for a comfortable spot to lounge and soak up the sun. However, I would advise venturing further away from the docks in search of cleaner and more swim-friendly waters.

The tranquil beach boasts crystal clear waters, gently lapping against the shore. A plethora of aquatic activities, such as boat rentals, kayaking and jetskiing, are available for those seeking adventure. For the more laid-back beach-goers, day trips to secluded beaches accessible only by boat are also an option. The beach is a haven for snorkelers and swimmers alike, with an abundance of marine life to discover in the pristine waters.

The shoreline gradually slopes into the ocean, allowing for an extensive shallow area that stretches for miles. The absence of tumultuous waves makes it an ideal spot for families with young children and individuals with mobility issues who require wheelchair access.
