4 Frustrating

Although the beach is beautiful, this hotel is the only one I've encountered where you have to pay €100 for a sunbed! Even if you agree to pay this exorbitant fee to be in the front row, they are always reserved for unknown individuals.

Upon arriving at the hotel beach via boat, we decided to visit the restaurant in search of water. Unfortunately, we were denied the purchase as they informed us that it is exclusively available for hotel guests. It was quite surprising, considering it was just water and people were in need of hydration. Shockingly, they didn't even offer tap water. It's disheartening to witness such a refusal to sell or provide water, especially in today's world.

The food at the restaurant is absolutely terrible, and the service is equally awful. This place is overpriced, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time going there. The beach is mostly covered in rocks with a rocky entrance into the sea. It's basically all artificial. Sardinia, on the other hand, is a stunning island with friendly locals, delicious fresh food, and beautiful sandy beaches. However, this particular place does not live up to that standard.

This resort is absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, with stunning gardens and a beautiful beach. The buffet is absolutely delicious, and the service is impeccable. The kids had an incredible time, thanks to the amazing kids club and the small zoo. The family rooms are spacious and well-equipped, although they could use a little update. Overall, it was an incredible vacation!
